This is so meaningful: "And I want to highlight that while there were plenty of days when I didn't hit all of my targets and faced some “misses”, I got right back on track, ensuring that the “miss” didn’t become a habit in and of itself." And I will use it as shorthand with myself--Don't let this "miss" become a habit--and don't persecute yourself for not being "perfect." Also...thank you for taking me with you to Paris! (Loved that passage.)

It took awhile for me to recognize that I can acknowledge occasional setbacks without self-criticism and keep moving forward...Embrace the imperfection and stay the course, while also being kind to myself. And the Paris retrospective was unplanned, so I am happy that you enjoyed it!
